INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING PHOTOS



NO screenshots. Usually screenshots are too small and end up printing blurry. When possible, please send an actual image.

No heavy filters. If you zoom in on a filtered photo, you'll see that it's a bit grainy or blurry. That's how it will look printed, and it usually looks terrible.

No wide group shots. Remember the shape of a nail. It's "tall and skinny"...so a wide image will not fit. If you send one, I will either let you know it won't work, or I will split it on to 2 nails.

When creating your custom decals, I will most definitely do small retouches such as lighting, color corrections, sharpening, etc, but I will not remove backgrounds, change backgrounds, or any other "heavy" techniques.

 Our current turn around for press on sets is about 5-7 business days. For decals and sizing kits, it is currently about 1-2 business days.
THIS IS AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but may take longer.  Keep in mind that current situations around the country may result in a slight delay in shipping times. Creation time is not affected. 

Creation time + shipping time = package arrival

By ordering, you are confirming that you agree to this turnaround time.
The shipping method you choose will be used once we finish your order.
We are not responsible for your order being shipped to the wrong address,  
so please ensure you enter your CORRECT address at checkout. If the item is returned back to us, buyer is responsible for a re-shipping fee. Due to the custom nature of our products, nail orders and custom decals are non-refundable.
 
Seventy7 Nails is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Packages ship with a tracking number. If your order says delivered and you haven't received it, you may file a claim with the USPS to help locate your order. However, please do contact me if there is an issue with your order once you receive it.
Seventy7 Nails transfers all responsibility and handling to USPS once your order ships, so if a delivery issue arises, please contact your local postal carrier or go in person to your local post office. They will be able to better locate your package.
